Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we process?
Only the data you give us when you contact us by email, phone, messaging or our online scheduling page, or when you request the result of an assessment: name, email, phone number, company, job title and the content of your message. Our server also logs technical visit data (IP address, date and browser) for security purposes. We do not ask for sensitive data.
What do we use it for?
To respond to your requests, schedule meetings, send you proposals, deliver and invoice our services, and keep the site secure. We do not use it for advertising or newsletters.
Assessments, cookies and statistics
To see the result of an assessment we ask for your name, phone number and email, which we use only to contact you about that assessment, and an anti-bot check by a third-party provider that processes your IP address and technical browser data solely to tell people from bots. Those contact details, together with the company name (if you enter it) and the overall assessment result, are sent to our automation server so we are notified of your request. Your assessment answers are stored only in your browser and are never sent to our servers; you can delete them at any time. This site does not use cookies. To know how many people visit it, we use our own statistics tool, hosted on our server, which does not store your IP address or identify you: it only counts visits in aggregate (page, country, browser and device type). If your browser has “Do Not Track” enabled, your visit is not recorded.
Who do we share it with?
No one, except the providers that support our operations (web hosting, email, online scheduling and anti-bot verification), who may only use it for that purpose, or when required by a competent authority. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, object to its use (ARCO rights under Mexican law), or withdraw your consent by writing to privacidad@algianis.com with your name, an ID and your request. We will respond within 20 business days.
